Website Support - View Support Thread

I sent a request for this last week, but have not had any acknowlegement.

 We would like to add a new page to our site titled "Alumni"  We would like to have an online form for people to enter their contact info.  For the form, we would like the following fields for people to fill in:  

Name

Address

City

State

Zip/Postal

Telephone

Email

Years Played

Head Coach(es)

Graduation Year

 We want the form, when submitted, to send the contact info to the following email address:  MHanson@bloomington.k12.mn.us

We would also like to have the ability to add announcements and upload items to the page. If possible, we would like the ability to add new fields to the contact form.

Thanks.  Your request was received.  We had a death in our family and that has slowed our progress.  This will be programmed into your site within the next week to week and a half.  We have to write a new form for you.
