Website Support - View Support Thread

We need an additional Team Page and we need to edit the name of one existing page.  We need to change the existing "Freshman" team page to "Freshman A" and add a new team page called "Freshman B".

 Also, we are preparing to have a new person take over managing the website.  He has already requested a user name:  xxxxxxxxx.  Please make that a Super Administrator.  Later in the summer, I will be asking you to delete my user and he will take over at that time.  Meanwhile, we both need Super Administrator access.

Not sure about the other user.  Currently, there are three administrators.  You, Mikel Baltes, and Matt Hansen.  You and Mikel are SuperAdmins.  Matt is an Administrator.

The username you state in your submission is in use by a guy named Jim to edit the Freshman A team.  If he needs access to the entire site, please let us know and we can convert his username into a SuperAdmin.  He will access his team a bit differently if we do that.

Also, you should use the support form in the Site Maintenance area to keep these types of posts confidential.  When you submit from the public site everyone can read them.  We changed the named username to a bunch of x's so others can't read it.

Yes, please make Jim a Super Administrator.  He will be taking over for me in a couple of months.  In the meantime, we will share website updating duties.  I will let you know when to remove my user name and access.

Done.  He has been removed from the Freshman A team listing and is now a SuperAdmin.  Please make sure he knows he now needs to access his team editing from the Site Maintenance Area.
